Our Vacation Villa and It's Location

Situated within the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, our home is the perfect base for your Orlando adventure. Less than 20 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks, and with a multi-million dollar golf course on your door step, you could not ask for a better location.

The Southern Dunes complex offers a full size Swimming Pool, Fitness Room, Children's Play Area, Tennis Courts and Fishing Lake. Additionally there is the Golf Clubhouse that is available to all residents and guests. It includes an excellent bar and restaurant and serves breakfast lunch and dinner at extremely reasonable prices. The golf course itself is open to all players and has 5 different tee levels varying from the true novice to the hardiest professional. Clubs can be hired from the club shop and the cost of playing varies around the year from $30 to $110 which includes hire of golf carts (which are mandatory). As well as Southern Dunes there are several other golf courses around the area that cater for every level of golfer.

You will be within walking distance of a 24 hour Wal Mart, Supermarket and Bank, while a whole host of shops, diners, and attractions are close by. Walt Disney World and all of Orlando's premier attractions are within easy reach.

The house itself backs onto the fairway of the second hole and so is not overlooked. It has air-conditioning throughout, ensuring a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside and will facilitate a good nights sleep.

Southern Dunes is located on Highway 27, just minutes from the Interstate 4 and the 192. Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (45 minutes) and Northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 45 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes). The Atlantic coast can be reached in under 70 minutes.
