Looking After Your Needs

Our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will also be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day. You will find a complete folder of information in the villa on your arrival. There is also a phone available that will allow you to make free local calls and other calls can be paid for using most credit cards. You will be required to pay a security deposit of £250 which will be refunded within 21 days of your return if the management company reports that all is well. The Villa is strictly no smoking inside but smoking is allowed on the pool deck.

The management company is able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
